    Indications  ：
    Anxiety state, insomnia, muscle spasm, status epilepticus.
    Dosage ：
    Adult Premed 5-10 mg IM/IV. Anxiety state 2-10 mg IM/IV. Moderate symptoms: 2-5 mg; severe symptoms: 5-10 mg. May be repeated 3-4 hrly. Sedation in alcohol withdrawal 10 mg IM/IV. Further dose of 5-10 mg may be given 3-4 hrly. Cardioversion 5-15 mg IV 5-10 mins before procedure. Endoscopic diagnosis Max: 20 mg IV prior procedure or 5-10 mg IM 30 mins prior procedure. Status epilepticus or severe recurrent seizures Initially 5-10 mg IM/IV every 10-15 mins up to 30 mg. May repeat dose 2-4 hrly. Muscle spasmInitially 5-10 mg IM/IV every 3-4 hr. Children Status epilepticus or severe recurrent seizures ≥ 5 years 1 mg IM/IV every 2-5 mins up to 10 mg. May repeat dose 2-4 hrly. Infants & children > 30 days-< 5 years0.2-0.5 mg IM/IV every 2-5 mins up to 5 mg. May repeat dose 2-4 hrly. Tonic spasm ≥ 5 years 5-10 mg IM/IV. May repeat dose 3-4 hrly. Infants & children > 30 days-< 5 years 1-2 mg IM/IV. May repeat dose 3-4 hrly.
