    Prophylaxis or treatment of acute & delayed nausea & vomiting associated with chemo- & radiotherapy.
    Dosage ：
    Adult Chemotherapy/radiotherapy induced nausea/vomiting Prophylaxis: 1-3 mg (10-40 mcg/kg) as single slow IV inj over 30 seconds prior chemo- or radiotherapy or in 20-50 mL infusion fluid administered by IV infusion over 5 mins. Treatment: same dose as prophylaxis but administered additional dose at least 10 mins apart. Max: 9 mg daily. Children Chemotherapy induced nausea/vomiting 10-40 mcg/kg (max. 3 mg) in 10-30 mL infusion fluid administered by IV infusion over 5 mins prior chemotherapy. Additional dose must be at least 10 mins apart.
