    Indications  ：
    Benign gastric and duodenal ulceration, Stress ulceration of upper GI tract ,Prevention of acid aspiration during general anesth , Gastro-oesophageal reflux diseas, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, Non-ulcer dyspepsia ,Prophylaxis of nocturnal heartburn, Prophylaxis of nocturnal heartburn, Stress ulceration of upper GI tract.
    Dosage ：
    Benign gastric and duodenal ulceration Initial: 800 mg/day at bedtime. Duodenal ulcers: ≥4 wk. Gastric ulcer: ≥6 wk. Maintenance: 400 mg 1-2 times/day. Stress ulceration of upper GI tract 200-400 mg 4-6 hrly. Prevention of acid aspiration during general anesth 400 mg 90-120 mins before induction of anesth and up to 400 mg 4 hrly if needed. Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease 400 mg 4 times/day. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome 300-400 mg 4 times/day. Non-ulcer dyspepsia Up to 200 mg 4 times/day. Prophylaxis of nocturnal heartburn 100 mg at night. Pancreatic insufficiency 0.8-1.6 g/day in 4 divided doses. IV Stress ulceration of upper GI tract 200 mg 4-6 hrly.
