Indications
：
As part of an IV parenteral nutrition regimen as a supplement to amino acid solutions or an amino acid-containing infusion regimen eg, in patients with hypercatabolic and/or hypermetabolic states.
Dosage
：
Should be diluted for infusion (1: 5). Daily Dose: 1.5-2 mL/kg body weight (equivalent to N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine 0.3-0.4 g/kg body weight). Maximum Daily Dose: 2 mL equivalent to N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine 0.4 g/kg body weight. The duration of use should not exceed 3 weeks.
