Among the activities in biopharmaceutical industry in 2016, nothing is more popular than the voting of Fierce Women in Biopharma, Taiwan 2016. After one month of announcement of the activity and fierce voting action, the voting result finally came out. Among 31 competitive female CEOs, Madam Yu-Pei Wang, General Manager of Nangkuang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., rose above the other candidates and was favored by the voters unanimously with her highly professional experiences, knowledge and virtues. Madam Wang took the lead since the start of the voting, and ranked first of Fierce Women in Biopharm, Taiwan 2016 by gaining 14.97% of the total votes at the end. Global Bio & Investment expressed that calling General Manager Yu-Pei Wang the most influential woman of the pharmaceutical industry in Taiwan was not overemphasized since she had been leading Taiwan pharmaceutical industry to global market actively and participated in various forums.  
 
Madam Yu-Pei Wang is the incumbent general manager of Nangkuang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the chairwoman of Chinese Pharmaceutical Manufacture and Development Association. She also holds important position in Taiwan Product Quality Research Institute, Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry Technology and Development Center, and Taiwan Bio Industry Organization. For years, she has gained repeated successes in company management and on her way of leading the development of the industry. She was also invited to be a member of the Committee of Regulatory Policy of Institute of Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI) this year. Therefore General Yu-Pei Wang’s professional achievement and dedication has been highly respected by the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. General Yu-Pei Wang personally expressed that she has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 50 years and dedicated herself as a permanent worker in this field. She appreciates the recognitions for her achievements from the people, and hopes to share this honor with all the colleagues of Nangkuang and her friends in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
