1. Process standardization
Our quality system is in compliance with the US FDA cGMP requirements. All products are developed, manufactured and distributed following standardized procedures to assure that product quality is maintained at an acceptable level throughout the entire process.

2. Process control
The "IPQC Process Control" and "Production and Quality Control Coordination System" have been developed to ensure that every step of production is under tight quality controls.

3. Prevention focus
The delivery, warehousing, sampling, testing, issuing and returning of raw materials and product components strictly follow written standard operation procedures. All these operations are required to be independently verified by a second operator to avoid errors. The purity, safety, and efficacy of products are further maintained by tight controls of the production environment to meet microbiological standards and to prevent product cross-contamination.

The involvement of every employee contributes to the ultimate success of the company. Clear documentation and well-designed training programs are provided to all employees to ensure that all the relevant procedures are fully understood and followed.
